Please (in detail) describe the incident: I just finished two patients and were about to leave when a Hemet box truck drove into us all and got us into the water and drowned us. No honking or warning and no stopping afterwards. No couldn't talk to the VDM'er, since he fleed the scene.

Looks like a clear cut and dry case of VDM to me. The player will receive the following sanctions.
