What best describes this incident ?: Held on Gunpoint in Hospital After Waking up

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I Just woke up from the Bed and got out and got taken gunpoint at the hospital,
Some Triad members told me, which you couldnt do.
So what was happening here is a rule break.
My mic doesnt get recorded but i was telling him stuff like you cant do that in the hospital, cause its a safeplace for stuff like that,
so he started shooting me.

@Andre Frenchis there any footage of the incident that includes your voice too? Without all the context, it is very difficult to pass judgement on any situation. 

Sadly the evidence provided on this report is not enough for me to pass judgement as most context is often to be found within conversations between the players. Since your own voice was not recorded, I would be making a blind call on this if I was to action any form of punishment.
