House garage on the roof

I own house number 871 on Las Lagunas Blvd.

The garage is currently set to be on the roof.

Vehicles can be stored only on the roof and they spawn there as well. I'm on a bike on the screenshot below



I've spoken to some people who have houses in the same building and apparently they have the same issue
