Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was walking into the hospital to withdraw some money and then i heard someone speaking from the hospital beds and i proceed to ask where he was and then he continues to say "im on the hospital bed fag"

Whilst I can hear this individual using discriminatory towards yourself, I cannot see from the footage that you have provided who exactly it was who has said this. Have you got a longer video clip which shows the player in question who had said it as currently I will not be able to pass judgment on this report. Thanks

Yes i had just shortened it as it was quite long i go to him and ask him for his name but thats it

@serega_kalininThank you for the longer clip, and apologies for the delayed response.

With that clip I am able to get an ID, and I feel confident saying the voice associated with said ID is the same as in the beginning of the video.
As such I am able to take action against the player, which I think it is clear is needed, from the clear slur at the beginning.

I would like to add on that the name provided, "Harry Cotton", is not correct (we don't even have any characters with that name) but I have managed to find the correct player by ID.
