Please (in detail) describe the incident: Individual being lippy baiting gang members down at lower; Radio'd in arrive at scene individual shows no intent to comply; once downed then continues to call me a "Retard" no remorse or care from said individual. (Apologies for the audio new to using Shadowplay so not sure why it's echoing)
