Seems like a very simple thing. Normally when you fall under the map, you get teleported back, or continue to fall in all of eternity till you get teleported out, however sometimes you hit patches of water under the map. I'm sorry noone was able to come to your rescue whilst you were ingame.

Nonetheless:  
I will be issuing compensation in the value of the items you lost;
