In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Used a duplication glitch to earn money

Why should we unban you ?: Was informed about groups duplicating but hard to get concrete evidence to show that this had happened but felt like a slap in the face to me who had grinded the game out so I wanted to make some money. Quickly realised I didn't really care about the money at all and that the reason I liked having it was so I could use it in social aspects e.g. going to the casino with multiple people and joking about so was never used with malicious intent i.e weapons. I will still stand by my belief that there are known dupers in the community that haven't been banned but as of now that isn't my problem anymore and all I want to do is create good RP storylines which I have done in the past and help others become better at this.

Also was fully honest in my conversation with Antollyme in TS about the full situation and said I was happy for him to note anything what I had said down. You can also see that I have not had any previous reports or problems concerning FiveM however I do understand the serious nature of this.

Right, let me begin by saying, whether you used your duped money to buy fuel, buy food, play in the Casino, buy cars or even buy weapons... You still had duplicated money and comes with malicious intent... 

How you use said duped money, doesn't dictate intent. 

You were honest when you were spoken to, but this was AFTER you had been caught. Had you not been banned, you wouldn't of admitted to being a cheater now, would you?

You claim there are other members of our community who dupe, yet you present no evidence what so ever. We can't just ban people because you think they dupe or because you were told they dupe can we?

Why should we even consider giving you another chance considering you've clearly shown no care or regard for our server, rules or players by cheating in such a way to ruin the economy?

I'll agree to disagree with this part because even though I do understand where you are coming from it's not like I was getting out massive and potentaily better weapons and spraying people down with it and trying to ruin other people's fun.

As I said to Antollyme that I'd remain brutally honest I wouldn't have but I also know that I haven't duped in quite a long time so the situation was a while back. Also I wasn't provided any evidence that I did dupe and wanted to respect the time of the staff and admins so didn't want them to have to go through all of my logs to find certain info.

Well it is hard to provide concrete evidence which I did say in my initial response and I would never want to ban someone just of the basis of what info gets passed around. However I will still believe that there is some staff or admins that may give a certain amount of leeway to certain individuals but hopefully this new bot or thing that Recon has made will prevent this. I also did say that it isn't my problem anymore people can do what they want I'll just go about my own busines.

For this part I'd like to fully disagree, I've shown a lot of care and regard to the players on the servers the ones who have grinded all this time who will have their time and effort put to waste by someone who just goes to their house before a restart and moves something around. Am I part of that group now, Yes however what differs from me to the rest is that I wanted to help these people out if they needed it. These people have seen jobs such as trucking and other legals jobs recieve less income overtime and I think that it was unfair to do this to them. This probably wasn't the right way to go about it but actions speak louder than words and if this is what I had to do to be heard than so be it, at the end of the day the money didn't mean anything to me and never will the only reason I want to be back is due to the RP aspect and the players around me, I couldn't care less about having the fastest or fanciest of cars. Whenever you do make your decision ( I know you leave responses a few days) I'll respect any decision you come to because I can see the severity of the situation but do know if I was to be unbanned I would not do this again.

However you want to try and justify it here, whatever you want to say of your intention with the money really does not matter to me. The fact is, you have done it and you are going to pay the price for that.

The fact that you think not doing it was a "slap in the face" is utterly ridiculous and the only slap in the face here is that we cannot even trust our player base to do something as simple as make money legit. 

Now, my decision on you is that you will serve the MINIMUM 6 month ban before you are even considered with an appeal.
