I believe enough time has been given for the person reported to have a potential chat with you.

As for the actual report, let us get right into it:

Clearly doesn't matter if he's been shot in the head, shoulder or leg. There was no actual RP to indicate that he was hurting, sounded just like he normally would have, which is a breach of G2.3 - Roleplay everything Furthermore, he clearly states for you to shoot him in his head as he doesn't care at all, when you continue to shoot him whilst he's down, he continues to talk as if nothing happens, which is a breach of G2.4 - Value of Life.

On the last video, he straight up breaks RP which is another breach of G2.3 - Roleplay everything and says he'll just disconnect and come back, before he does indeed disconnect which is a breach of C2.3 - Combat logging. 

All together racking up a pretty high list of rule breaks:
