Please (in detail) describe the incident: Bloke in the Red (ID 209) Crashes into my car so me and my friend RP it out ask him to get out the car and repair my Vehicle which he decides not to RP and just sits in the car saying "Oooo I'm so Scared". As seen in the clip he then proceeds to run away, We follow as at that point we wanted money for a repair kit or just a repair kit in general. Once he continued running with multiple warnings from a Vagos Gang member and a former Vagos Member (Myself) He continued to run into the Ammunation to what I can only assume to buy a weapon so I stabbed and killed him, This then lead to him saying Homophobic slurs to us. Calling us "Puffs" multiple times.

The guy you have reported has blatantly broken rule C1.2 Discrimination and will subsequently be banned for doing so. 

Now onto you, this video shows me that you either haven't read the rules or you have no regard for them, G1.2 Clearly states ( Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.) - Mass RDM is a permanent ban.) What I see from you in this particular instance is very, very poor quality of roleplay "If you run you die" is not high quality, in what world would that be acceptable to say to another player to justify killing him? As someone who has been on the server for a good amount of time i'd expect a lot better of you and in turn you will also be receiving a ban for RDM.
