Please (in detail) describe the incident: Dealing with ID 401 following a pursuit. He's been tasered and face planted the ground placing him in an incapacitated state. He was cuffed and ambulance called. Tried engaging/roleplaying with him but didn't get a great deal back from him other than he wanted his solicitor. Ambulance attended and took over. Whilst the paramedic was treating him he's combat logged to prevent going to custody. They'd just come from a shooting so believe this was to keep his pistol. Timestamp 13 seconds is his ID. Clip reduced as otherwise irrelevant. Checked the public police discord channel but nothing was posted to suggest he lost connection etc. I've not tried to resolve this as I didn't get far enough to find out who he was!

Edit: Unsure why but the audio is offset towards the end.
