Please (in detail) describe the incident: Player failed to put hands up in air by ragdolling and also calling cops while ragdolled to intercept us while he had a gun to his head.

Hello there and thank you for submitting a report.

Right so let's get right into this report.

From what I can see, the reported individual is actually trying to make an interesting RP situation for you guys.

There is no evidence whatsoever that the reported individual dispatched the police whilst ragdoll on the ground, which obviously shouldn't be done because the ragdoll animation won't be showing that you bring up your phone, hence giving you a visual advantage over others.

Now let's talk about the RP being provided towards the reported individual:

Having a firearm doesn't mean the course of RP is magically going to go your way - It's a dynamic 'two-way street', in which the reported individual is creating an interesting RP scenario.

Don't just walk up to someone and start saying "Hands up, Hands up" with a firearm, try to make it more dynamic and interesting so that it is actually enjoyable and overwhelming for both parties involved. What you could have done in this case, for example, is carry the person you were trying to rob running away from you as you could clearly tell that he was injured in some sort of way, puking black liquid from his mouth after falling on the concrete with his head.

I will be issuing 452 & 453 a formal warning for low quality roleplay being provided towards the reported individual.
