Please (in detail) describe the incident: We was pulled up at a red light at lower legion and was talking to the person on the pushbike to our right, When out of no where 380 come at us ramming us to get into a chase with us. I did drive forward and collide with the vehicle after multiple rams to our vehicle from 380.

Upon turning the blue lights on, 380 did nearly hit 264 off their bike also and we did start to chase the vehicle until our vehicle give up due to the unwarranted ramming at the start. From my side it's clearly baiting and just wanting a chase and they didn't seem to care to talk when I was trying also.

Yes, this seems like just pointless baiting. At first, I thought it might have just been desync but he goes on to repeatedly ram you then tells you to "Watch the fuckin car". Clearly just baiting for a chase. Well, this player will have to wait a little while before being able to do this again!
