Please (in detail) describe the incident: I and some other members that left the Padrinos have had an ongoing beef with the Padrinos since leaving. After finding out some information in the city from one of my friends about my kidnapping, we were told who was involved in the kidnapping and kept the information secret until the time was right to get revenge for it. I have no memory of it but was told information about what happened to me by my friend who was told by a Padrino about what had happened and was at the scene of my kidnapping. My friend got this information from a member of the Padrinos after the incident at a gas station where the Padrino told everything about my kidnapping to him, which then got passed onto me.

This then leads to us getting our revenge on the Padrinos and taking two Padrinos hostages and executing the one which you see in the water. After attempting to talk to Piper and get answers for her actions and sort this out, as you can see was not role-playing and did not value her life throughout the evidence shown. Then during transport to the side of the water, she then went out of character talking about us using OOC information which was not the case. Then finally when down by the water, when I stopped escorting her and gave her the simple demand of turning around and having a gun pointed at her she walked forward into the water and combat logged.

I did try to speak to Piper OOC after on Discord as we've known one another for a while from being Padrinos and our cops going on patrol together. All I got from Piper was multiple responses which did not resolve the situation hence this report.

The Padrino, your talking about is Nickolas Foster I assume and the conversation with Ranger (aka the friend he's talking about) went roughly like this as I can remember to my best ability since it did happen almost 5 to 6 weeks ago:  I met ranger at the gas station thinking he was Billy (another ex padrino) then i said greeted billy saying whats up then ranger said it was ranger then i said ohh ranger did you know Mike and Charlie got robbed and he said he knows already then we talked a bit more about his car and ect... however nearly at the end of the conversation I had to go so i said ohh ok well peace out" and thats how the conversation ended, so I did not mention anything about the Balla's kidnapping them neither did I say we were involved.

 
You describe the "leaving Padrinos" part as you all decided to just leave and move on. Quite an innocent summary of what really happened. You betrayed the Padrinos heavily, robbed the safe, tried to kill Piper in the process, tried to kill her again on sight (impound lot without much RP involved). Piper, to her own protection and protection of the name of the family of course told the other groups in the city, that the Padrinos have a good relationship with, what happened - not only the Ballas. Your group then went on using rats inside the Padrinos to get to Piper as well, to kidnap, torture and humiliate, then dump her. Almost everyone Piper talked to offered her back then, please let me/us take care of those people. 

In the end, to your information, Piper did not order anyone to kidnap/kill you. Piper did not kidnap or kill you herself either. I was told that the Ballas wanted to take care of you, Piper said fair enough, but she wants to have a chit chat with her Ex-Fiance on a beach (he was taken to by the ballas) about his betrayal of her and the group. The Ballas (which were not in colours and not identifiable as such) then took Mike away from the beach and Piper drove home. 

Since this event, this report is about, happened to my knowledge without any (ingame) information, they could only guess/assume, since I never kidnapped Mike nor did I kill Mike, nor Nick Foster told them anything about our possible involvement. Because the robbery, Nick was quoting, had nothing to do with the kidnapping, it was at another time. And furthermore why would a Padrino, that is the only one left next to a handful other, tell the group that betrayed us such informations. You on the other hand, probably mixed up your OOC memory what happened to your character and twist it now to get back to Piper, who actually didnt kidnap or kill you. 

So far to my "OOC" Roleplay. 

This is clearly showing how you, Mike Buttons, cannot accept the information I told you OOC in discord that night (24/08), that I did not combat log. And furthermore not accept the fact, that I was not able to log in after storm again, because I had to work early in the morning. You then went ahead:" If you dont log in, I will report you"[...]"log in so we can continue the roleplay situation". Which Roleplay situation? The countless events you have Pipers stabbed, shot in the head, handcuffed, dragged into lost places to humiliate and torture. Right. Superior Roleplay. 

What happened to the situation "We just want to move on". 

Sorry this gets salty, but it is since, this entire topic is now warmed up again by this gentlemen above, because he cannot leave it be.

To the section "I don't value my life"... I did, because I rather take the chances of drowning and floating than getting shot in the head and executed, what would have happened to 100%. Furthermore they were preparing to getting pictures taken and probably piss on Piper or whatelse not. So I valued my life/pipers life and jumped into the water. Since the explanations from my kidnappers following my initially question, what this would be about, were rather obvious. 

This is a pure harsassment report and hypocrite to state that we have a good history, when you, Mike Buttons, threaten a "friend" with a report, rather than believe what she telling you in DM. 

 
I want to add, that I agree that my roleplay in that situation was not good. Because I was furious about them bringing that up now, without proof or reasoning (in my OOC perspective) and Piper having obvious trouble believing that Nick would have told them. I should have rather said, I don't think Nick has told you anything, instead of hinting with sarcasm that their information/reasoning is ooc/meta-gamed. 

Regarding value of life, furthermore the phrase "kill me already" was stating the inevitable what I was facing, since it was to me obvious I won't get alive out of this situation and save myself pain and humiliation. 

Overall I know I'm not a good or advanced roleplayer. Since in those situations it's hard for me to contain the character, because this entire story passing the boundaries of the game and is not really a pleasent roleplay experience and therefore stressful. Being put in those situation over and over again and the footage being saved to blackmail if I fuck up. That's not really a nice community experience on my hand. To the extent that I don't enjoy it anymore to log in or even seek out a new community with less stressful experience. I have not brought up any of those "roleplay-fuck ups" by Mike Buttons in similar situations to a report. 

edit: The video above shows only the end of the kidnapping situation btw. and focus of the accusation that I wouldn't have roleplayed at all. Since this situation started much earlier at the Diner, while I was cooking and talking to Joe. They then showing up pointing guns at us, and we did comply with their demands. I was involved in a conversation and asked why this is now happening etc etc. Upon brought by the location I was sure I was about to get executed, therefore also the change of behaviour.

I did leave on good terms with the Padrinos, if I had left on bad terms I would have been killed at the diner when Hamza had his chance. However this then changed when I was in city and was told in character about Hamza and the Padrinos wanting a meeting with me which was a fake meeting to kill me. Then the information about Ben having access to the safe still from the time he was still a Padrino and he was annoyed and owed money from Hamza and wanted to leave decided to join us and betray the Padrinos. The robbery happened cause of him and we assisted and provided extra hands and trucks. 

The robbery Nick had quoted happened with Ballas and that was known by voices recognised. Nick also told Ranger about Myself, Charlie and Howard being taken. The reason this information came to light is from your own member telling a member of my business about it. Then after choosing a new life we put two and two together to figure out an outcome of what happened to us. We have then waited weeks for a time strike. Then when our time happened this was the outcome. 

I don't think you can personally say that your RP was good, we brought you there took you hostage to get answers from that night. We killed and dumped the other Padrino as he was nothing and we needed you to get information. You can't say also you was going to die for sure, cause our plan was to ask you questions about what happened and then make a decision on what to do with you. You gave us no RP as you can see when I cut off your fingers. But if you think walking into water when there is a gun pointed at you and you are completely outnumbered then I think there is something wrong with the RP and Value of Pipers Life. 

You quote "we just want to move on" and that is true. But you also forget that after this myself and Hamza spoke and sorted it. Then after that you decided to allow people to get involved in padrino and ex padrino beef and didnt deal with it yourself. The retaliation that happens in the footage is all based of RP and information in city. You should have thought about "we just want to move on" when you decided to reignite the fire. 

I asked you privately about the situation on discord correct. You replied to myself with just a blunt NO when I asked if you Combat logged. I can now see you did not combat log, and would have love to have seen this footage the evening of the incident to have solved it there and then. You can see in the footage I have provided you are not there in my eyes or anyone else's. This is not a harrassment report at all, this report was made on the basis from my bodycam you cannot see yourself in the water bleeding out if you had provided me thar evidene its a different story. 

 
@Display This is ranger, I would like to come forward and confirm some stuff and give my part of the story. This encounter with me and nick foster as previously said happened at the gas station on strawberry avenue. I pull in to fill my car up with petrol when I spot nick who I approach to have a chat to due to him being an old friend in the Padrinos. I say hi to him and as the conversation goes on he starts to say things to me that have nothing to do with me such as “so I hear your interested in joining fallen angels” which I found confusing but I decided to play along because I assumed he thought who he was talking to was me and that he just got his information mixed up. However soon enough he starts leaking information to me such as Charlie being robbed and mike, Charlie and Howard being kidnapped. After being told this I ask nick who he thinks I am because I knew that if he knew it was me he wouldn’t be leaking this information to me and he replied with “aren’t you Billy” (another ex Padrino). After telling him who I really am the conversation ends and we go our separate ways, Nick didn’t tell me specifically who robbed or kidnapped mike, Charlie and Howard but after putting 2 and 2 together and being told by a Padrino it gave us a rough idea of who was at least responsible for the robbing and kidnappings.

 
This seems like quite the extensive roleplay scenario spanning further than what we are seeing in the videos. And that is good, intrigues are fun!

C2.3 Combat Logging claim will be dismissed as its proven not to be. FiveM just REALLY didn't not like someone being ziptied in the water.
The value of life, unless you are a  capable swimmer it is a risk jumping into the water with your hands on your back tied. This time it went badly as she went into a downed state. But in this scenario, it was a last hope. You probably should not have moved her for that chance to be given.

The claims of her going OOC in while in-game it nothing bur hearsay as we don't know the full story and its context. Too me it sounds like roleplay. And it sounded like a natural defence. "Please just kill me" is also a plea to get it over with as she knows where this is going.

Without the proper context proven and the evidence challenged (combatlog) the report will be denied.

But what i must add, if things do get heated if things seems unfair, please just take a deep breath and continue on after that. Any issues can and will be resolved after the situation. This is a game, we are all characters and should act as such.
