Please (in detail) describe the incident: Most of the night we've had to deal with this individual, after a while it got boring and I'm only making this report because I know full well he don't belong in this community right now. He had 0 intent to properly RP and continuously ran over my gang members. during the video you hear him go OOC whilst alive saying "this new spawn" also whilst downed you can hear him screaming "rdm rdm rdm" like a little child. As for the blatant VDM of one of our members the video speaks for itself.
