Please (in detail) describe the incident: I came by id 192 infront off pillbox who kept coming to Triad turf all day. While i was talking to someone he interfered our conversation and end up stabbing the person ( This just happened before 8 storm ) I downed him put him in the car and drove him away which te server restarted in the middle of that. After the restart i went back to the spot where we both logged out of the game because of restart to continue the situation but he wasn't there ( he probably spawned alive at benefactor or race track ) So i decide to go back to triad turf.

10 minutes after im back at turf he decides to show up again at our turf and i bat him because i still had to finish the situation i was in with him. Thats where the report basically begins is he starts calling me an Afghan:

This guy is not here to RP and it disgust me how racist he is.

I was a part of this situation also, being the person who actually dumped him in the water and waited on him passing.

His attitude was toxic throughout.

This is just further evidence to back up his terrible attitude and the fact we had dumped him prior to him returning to hit us with vehicles.

I also personally tried to bring him to TS multiple times but with no response.
