Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and two others were roaming the city when we decided to rob someone running up the street , we had a gun to his head , requested he put his hands in the air so we could move him to a more secluded location. We stopped for petrol , where my mate searched him. He had a glock , 50 ammo around 16k cash and some other things , so we took him round the corner and asked him to drop the contents of his inventory. He then left the game. We waited 5 mins , he joined back , seen us still there , and he left again , it was when he joined back after leaving the first time , we caught his session head of 321. We had attempted to wait for him and resolve this before making a report. But he never joined back.

There will be a few points I will be bringing up in this report and what the outcome is below.

Few points I'll be bringing up and then disclose the action being taken in the report. From the start of the video the start, Yous pull up and offer someone a lift and they declined and get them to put their hands up. After this you then carry the person and sit in the vehicle with them over using zipties. In reality you wouldn't pick someone up and be able to sit in the same seat together even more so if you have them hostage against their will. As soon as your friend gets the hostage and themselves in the vehicle and start driving off you ask for their phone and radio then 'Gag' them so they are unable to talk. 

Moving throughout the situation very little or no roleplay was given overall for the hostage that could remove their own gag as they are not bound by any zipties just simply being held over someone's shoulder, Within this situation overall it would be more common sense that the hostage can remove the gag and talk at will since their hands are free and they are able to move about., However within the rules we do have one in relation to hostage taking that I'll link below.

(G7.1) Hostages - Taking hostages must be roleplayed to a very high quality. Aim to make the scenario enjoyable for everyone. 

Upon taking them slightly out of the city to rob them it was also stated that you have a gun to their head and they have no reason to use their phone or anything. Throughout it does seem to be more Ruleplay over roleplay and this shouldn't be the case in situations as a whole. Roleplay is about enjoying yourself and making it enjoyable for others regardless of how the situation does play out.
