Sometimes when launching into game, I will connect, get in, have seen I am clearly connected to the VOIP server, I speak, people hear me, but I can't hear them. Relogging fixes this issue, does sometimes take multiple attempts relogging

Been getting this alot. I keep having to spam toggle voice chat just to reconnect It a few times to hope It works.

I've had this issue. One thing that definitely works for me.
1. Turn off Voice chat
2. Wait 5-10 second
3. Turn on Voice chat.
every time I have had the issue you mentioned this fixes it personally for me

A few yea, as a precaution upon joining once in-game I disable voice chat, then re-enable it. Sometimes it's everyone I can't hear, and sometimes it's just some people. But recently as a precaution I've just been disabling it and enabling it which rectifies both. But yes, it did continue after this bug report I can't quite say how recent.
Sorry, either we've been unable to reproduce this bug with enough detail, or its not been considered a bug.
