Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was doing a hospital shift in the NHS when someone dropped a patient out in front of the door. I picked up the patient and walked to ward B, he then decided to said I am a black c*nt. I walk into the ward B and ask him to stop following me. He keeps trying to pick his friend up, but it didn't work. He pulled a knife on me and kept trying to pick his friend up, my panic button didn't work. He then decided to stab me for what I see the only reason is because he couldn't pick up his mate.

Around 5 min after my wi-fi died and I tried to reconnect, asked him in OOC to come to teamspeak but he never showed up

I've looked through all the evidence, and come to a conclusion.

Let's start of with ID 227, who was the injured person on the floor. Throughout the entire scenario, he didn't roleplay his injuries at all, which is a breach of rule:
(G4.4) When you are revived/downed:

You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 10 minutes.
Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed.
Whilst downed you may not gather any new information to use once revived.
While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone.
Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly, you were downed and have lost the fight, you will not recover instantly.
You are in medical custody until an NHS Medic releases you.

He will therefore receive a warning for G4.4.


Now moving on to ID 245.

There's not really a lot to say about this. 
In regards to the RDM. While watching through the evidence a few times, there was no roleplay reason for him to start threatening the medic. If it was with the sole intention of getting his friend out of the hospital, this could've been done with more RP, than simply stabbing the medic. 

In regards to him saying: "You black cunt". This is at no point tolerated, and if it was aimed at some of the person in the background of his microphone, then it should at no point be said out so everyone can hear it.

So to conclude:
ID 245 will receive a permanent ban for C1.2 and G1.2
