Please (in detail) describe the incident: we was swimming from the police and as shown in his pov, Price blatantly power games me cuffing me well im swimming. I then asked to resolve this in teamspeak and I spoke to the officer on teamspeak and he said that he was told that he can do that now I do not know who told him but how in the world is it not powergaming? There is no way for me to evade this situation he has a knife on him he can either use it or do something else rather than just combat cuffing me while I am running away in the sea It is almost like I am running in the street and cop combat cuffs me there is no chance for me to evade in this situation.

iv spoke to price in teamspeak after all of this and he has agreed it was wrong and both sides are happy
