Please provide full detail and evidence: I was in the grove safe house at about 3.30am when i passed over my shotgun over to Billy to store for me upon passing my shotgun to Billy it left my inventory but didn't make it to Billy's inventory because he didn't have a bag on to give him an extra primary slot. I wasn't stopped from passing the shotgun over and it didn't drop on the floor like like i believe it should have. You can find see what i mean through both clips.

So when you went to give Billy the Shotgun he already had one primary meaning it should of went onto the floor. Archie has even confirmed this is a bug and will be fixed in the next update. So with the evidence provided the list below is the items you will be getting compensated for.
