Please (in detail) describe the incident: As you will see from the clip I had just come out of hospital and was on my way to impound to get my car when id 297 clearly swerved to hit me off my bicycle. This did not kill me and i got up and started to apply a bandage. I then seen the car coming back so used session heads to get their id when the swerve to hit me again and kill me.
