In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was banned for helpin a friend transfer a few vehicles between characters

Why should we unban you ?: i feel like a perma ban for my first offence is a bit harsh i didnt even realise i was breaking a rule although i have read them it just wasnt 1 that was in my mind at the time. i never gained anything from it if anything lost money through helping a friend my reason for helping him was because he was going to leave the server and i didnt want him to as we have both worked hard in the city for a while now and have had some good experiences here but as i said i didnt realise it was such a rule break at the time like i do now soo therefore apologies but i never thought it would get me banned!

What made you think it would be ok to help your friend transfer Money & vehicles to his other character?

i honestly didn't think that just transferring stuff between characters was a rule break at the time... I didn't think about the other ways people could use transferring stuff between characters to exploit as that wasn't what we was doing. we wasn't doing it to gain an advantage over other players if anything it was because he stupidly put himself at a disadvantage  by signing a self ban at the casino without seeing that it was irreversible. so rather than him leave the city because the casino is where 50% of his money comes from at least yes he had the idea to swap it to another character and carry on in the city i didnt want him to leave to so i agreed to pass the stuff over but i honestly didnt see it as a rule break as we have earned all of our funds over the time in the city and it amounts to alot. so it was also alot to lose but also with it costing so much to transfer cars  it wud of cost us into the hundreds of thousands just for that which at the time i figured the cost to transfer was there to stop people abusing it and it never registered as a rule break 

I mean, you do only find out after the fact, cause you got banned.

Why do you think we have a rule in place for this?

i know the rule is in place to stop people exploiting it and using it to there advantage but that's clearly not what we was trying to do. There was no advantage here he didn't do it to exploit anything as i said it would cost into the hundreds of thousands to transfer the vehicles so he was still well out of pocket all because he didn't read that casino bans couldn't be reversed  yes it was a stupid on both parts but we both genuinely enjoyed playing your server and I guess it was his only option to try to carry on in the city without losing all the time and hard work put in but i totally understand why that rule is there!

Well, for you to be banned you have to agree to 1 thing.. this being;
- A complete wipe of all characters for a  fresh start.
