Police Station Plaque

There used to be a custom texture on the plaques in the police station on the wall, changing it from Los Santos Sherrifs Department to the currently used LSPS logo we have on the server. A few weeks ago it changed back to default and has never been fixed. It would be good to get it back as it's so out of place at the moment

Only MRPD as far as I know, it's the only one with those plaques
