I'm the player of the ID 831. And this guy has done nothing but harass  whilst trying to play blackjack now trying to make out I'm racist by obviously getting one of your friends to put on a fake voice to point the blame onto myself. Then having the audacity to tell me outside the casino I'm banned. I don't appreciate lies and bullying! I have never been so disgusted! I Never said such words to you or anyone. Bully

Do you have a longer clip of this as from this clip, it's hard to say who said what.

Unfortunately I do not, as I trimmed down the recording from the session for the clip provided. However, surely you are able to determine which direction it is coming from? And also please do not tell me you're buying into his clearly sarcastic response, it will be a pathetic look if he gets away with this situation tbh.

Why are you trying to make a joke of the staff as well as me? Mate seriously. You know the truth just admit to it. Your very arrogant from my point of view pal.

Tbh, both the other people are wearing masks and its not right for staff to ban on something that isn't enough proof of evidence, maybe he turned at the wrong time and your friend said it in a funny voice, or maybe it was the person in question, but no need to say that the staff are pathetic lol, they're doing the right thing for not banning on such little evidence.

It is very clear which direction the voice comes from, I am awaiting to hear back from others from the casino for more proof, if somehow the clip I provided wasn't enough. Racism shouldn't be treated lightly and I'm astounded that you'd even lie about not saying the slurs. 

The video in this report a player is what we would call insufficient. We cannot prove it 100% and therfor cannot ban anyone.
But if there anyone reading this that are racist your stay will rather short when the evidence is crytal clear
