no sorry i just started the software up while in the lock up area

Could you provide to me a little more detail about what has happened;
Did you try to rob his friend?
Why did he ram your car(s) (was it random?)
Was there any prior roleplay to this? 

Running people over isn't against the rules. 
However, RANDOM VDM is against the rules. 

I want to make sure I can work with the best information I currently have at disposal to identify if there's a prior RP scenario to this, or if it was random.

I'll be awaiting your reply.

I gave you more than enough time to give me a detail version of the events prior to this situation. 
You sadly failed to provide to reply, and I am forced to work with what I am given. 

Like I stated before running people over isn't against the rules. (Prior RP scenario, etc)
However, randomly running people over is against the rules.
