Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was messing around with my CIV char I jump this guy's car and he drove me on ballers turf, I had a bit of chat with the officer and then this lad VDM me and stab me without any form of RP with me. Try to call him on TS/discord he did not answer.

I'm not involved in this report but for the staff looking at this, there wasn't a 5 minute video we could offer for a report but this same person has been RDMing at Ballas for the past few days.

Just seems like this guy doesn't come to RP or benefit anyone's experience on the server. Comes round Ballas every now and again to find people alone late at night to stab them without any words said.

Turns out that yesterday, I forgot to hit "submit reply" and, well, everything I wrote is GONE. 

He is not a very talkative one, huh? Even prior when you get in his vehicle. I think the only time I heard him speak was to say  "Get out of the car". 
So this silly sausage runs you over for assumingly  THAT reason (get out of the car, even though you complied and got out), as you had the audacity to get in his car, he could've rp'd that he lost control of his vehicle, that he blacked out, make an interesting scenario out of it. Sadly in this case he didn't.

 He then gets out of the vehicle, and proceeds to stab you (maybe you left something in his car? and he was upset about that?), no words spoken, no prior rp scenario that could make him get angry with you, in my personal believe it's poor-rp to run someone over and stab them for "getting in my car". I like how you return to singing the song that's playing in the background for few seconds.

I can see why you think that way, with the clips provided, 1:14m being the longest clip, in only one showing the ID. 
Now, I'm not saying that this sausage isn't RDMing but I'd need a bit more to go on,  hopefully you can understand, feel free to make a player-report yourself.
I thank you for raising this to us issue to us, both of you! 
Hopefully he can learn from this ban and not do it again, I assure you that we will be keeping an eye.
