Please provide full detail and evidence: I was flying around in a helicopter when all of a sudden my game crashed (i believe it might of been a server issue but I'm unsure) , when I logged back in I proceeded to fall from the sky to my death, i opened a staff ticket for a possible revive but was unable to get help in time and I eventually bled out after around an hour

Unfortunately this doesn't fall under something we can come for as your game crashing falls under one of the main things we don't come for. 

UNACCEPTABLE COMPENSATION CIRCUMSTANCES:

• User Error ( You accidentally pressed the wrong button / Purchased the wrong asset / Forgetting to sync data )
  
• Client Issues ( Your game crashed not due to a server error - This is your own responsibility )
  
• Being scammed within roleplay ( We cannot compensate you voluntarily giving out money )
