Lucas (Template not used/ No Evidence)

Hi,

I spawned in neochori and went to get a vehicle. I encountered Lucas and I told him to get on the floor or I will kill him, he started running and I shot him, he started insulting me. Then he respawned immediately in neochori and started insulting me in direct comms again, I once again told him to get on the floor and he once again ran away, so I killed him. He then messaged, which you can see in the screenshot below:
