how are cops able to do this?

So i hit a cop round the head when he tells me to get out the vehicle after he spikes my car with a gun pointed at my face, I get out hit him round the head then he restrains me while hes knocked out..

Why are cops able to do this? I know I wouldn't of got away anyway if there's another one behind me but it would of still gave me a fighting chance to actually sprint around the car for cover.

I understand that we was probably both spamming, but if i got mine in first and he went down.. soon as hes hit he shouldn't even touch his keyboard.

It was kinda as you hit him he restrains, its a close one to call to be fair.

When you restrain someone after they have jumped out of a vehicle it takes a second sometimes to register to the server. He probably saw you get out pressed the restrain button on you and at the same time you knocked him out.

I can't see the video, but the more mature thing to do wouldve been to solve this on teamspeak. If its a blueberry then go easy on him and let his supervising officer know so they can advise him. No need for this to be posted here at all, go solve it like a mature member of the community

Had this happen a lot, it's just how long it takes for the server to register occasionally not their fault. The question is how a police officer can restrain someone holding a gun without knocking them out etc, but thats a different rant.

I know full well he's not trying to get them reported, just the tit-for-tat "lets post this video on the forums pointing out someone did something questionable" thing is really starting to get on my nerves. If he had an issue with it, take it to teamspeak. If he didn't have an issue with it, then why do we even need a discussion about it.

Gonna close this thread for obvious reasons guys, but yes: The answer is lag Jordy. 

Cops cannot restrain whilst restrained themselves. Differing connection speeds client side and server lag under load can cause this. Just wit till you see a vehicle magically drive through a building!
