In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was driving down the main street when there were a few people in the middle of the road, I stopped my car and honked a couple of times and most people went off the street but a police officer was stand still in middle of the street so wait a minute and honked a couple of times more but he still did not moved so I drove him over.

Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I really had a lot of fun playing on this server and I would be very disappointed if I gets banned for such a fantastic server And I promise it will not happen again.
