We ANPR'ed his vehicle and he informed us by breaking RP that his H key or something like that was broken we informed him that the vehicle was wanted and when I went to impound it he shot us without anything being said by him

My apology I was unable to message him in ts due to him not being there so I think that means I didn't try to resolve it seeing as I couldn't reach him.
