Not my appeal, a friend that has recently got the game.
His words 'There was a car in the greenzone garage, i couldn't spawn my vehicle so i tried lockpicking it to move it. Seems at the time i didnt know that i could call the cops to get them to sort it out. I only got the game on Christmas and i read all the rules. However i thought it was ok for me to do this'

'It's my first offence, it was a silly mistake of me. I understand that it is wrong and i should of thought it through'

This isn't for me, he is unable to appeal at the moment in time. Seem's for some reason he cannot log in. 

So i did this for him.
