In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was initially kicked for picking locking, which was dealt with in a unorthodox manor, I rejoined and told the 'admin' how much of an abuser i felt like he was, began swearing at him as so he did to me, and then he banned me.

Why should we unban you.
You should unban me because I was not the person at fault, this 'admin' was having himself a joyride with all his buddies doing what they wanted. I broke rule 1.4 but so did Jamz. Plus Lock Picking IS NOT A KICK-ABLE OFFENCE.

EDIT: Just noticed 6.4 that lock picking is a punishable offence. Would still like a response from someone.

(would also like to point out that before I spoke second time around I was not informed I broke any offence).

Ban notes;

• Firstly, was kicked for picklocking in Kavala GZ. Then he came back, metagamed my name and began to talk about servers and admin abuse, I told him to be quiet and then he called me a "dickwad" - Banned.
  

Now, you say this;

However, if you'd please look at rule:  (6.4)[COLOR= rgb(191, 191, 191)] You are unable to lockpick or steal vehicles in a greenzone (Punishment is a ban)[/COLOR]

I was kind enough to give you a kick as a warning in hope that you would realise that you was breaking a server rule - I could have just banned you then.

You then came back to me after rejoining the server, walked right upto me - Metagame'd the fact that my name was Jamz and said "Why did you kick me" in which I replied, "Huh?" and you then said "Why did you kick me from the server. Are you one of them Admin abuser dick wads?". At this point I just put my Admin suit on, shouted "Stop breaking server rules" and then kicked you.

You was creating too much of a scene in the carpark for me to warn you in my usual character clothing, and therefore I had to change into my Admin-on-duty uniform.

You have clear disregard for any server rules, considering you broke 5;

• (4.2)[COLOR= rgb(191, 191, 191)] You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine to get, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.) (Punishment is a kick/ban)[/COLOR]

You have also lied on your appeal by saying that I swore at you...

6.4. I did state that I realised that 6.4 was a offence. I was not informed by you when I re-entered.

1.4. & 2.9 & 13.2. If you warned me, told me what I was doing (6.4) I would of walked away from it and would not of done it again, you went straight for the ban hammer... unfortunately which caused me to rage.

Someone swore at my after I initially spoke to you, I presumed it was you because you were not speaking. Before you wrote in reply, did you notice my alteration AT ALL? (I am not great at forum stuff so don't expect me to pull out quotes and all...).

How could I have told you this in Roleplay?? I was not on Admin duty at the time and instead was standing with a bunch of people joining in with their roleplay... If I sudden broke RP to tell you the rules you broke, I would be breaking server rules myself...

Technically you broke role play when you initially kicked me. I was also under pretence that pick locking was not kick able, ban able as when I previously did it I was simply arrested. Thanks for clarifying what meta gaming was, I didn't know until now.
