So before you ask no, I am not selling the house with all this inside it. To the person who buys this we will simply meet up somewhere I will give you the keys and show you to my house. Once the house is empty I will sell it. I would sell the items of mass value separately but simply I cannot be asked, I don't know if selling everything at once is a good idea or not: probably not, but it is a lot easier and to be honest I just want to get rid of it. Please if need be split the bill with your friends and please bid responsibly.
