Because i killed cops when the thought the gun fight was over and an admin was there

Why should we unban you ?
40 seconds before i started shooting my friend was killed there and i waited a bit before shooting and after i saw they thought the area was clear i shot, Crumble tp to me and said what are you doing? I said in direct chat im taking shots i need to move then i got banned.

I also see you only got unbanned a few weeks ago for another major rule break?

I was called on duty and was called by @TomTheDogeto spectate the airport as there was a gang (-]v[-) giving poor rp and RDMing. I banned one of the gang members who tom said initiated by saying "hands up or die" then killing all cops in the car. 

I went in as a hobo to see if they would shoot me on sight afterwards, and they didn't, but instead restrained me etc. I called on @Crumblefor assistance. After the cops killed the man who had taken me (I think)  I started to help clear up. A couple minutes later Matty starts to shoot towards us, killing a hobo, a cop or 2 and me (if I had god mode off) which is why I issued the ban.

Matty PMd me saying that his gang had already initiated on cops so he sowas clear to shoot.

I then had to log off, but crumble kept watch and 2 more of the gang were banned 

 
@Daanish I assume my getting tagged warrants my input. I was on a police patrol with PC's @Pope Chrisand @guyjacklin

We were in a situation with the AVC at the hangars and were talking with them, they had fired some shots into the air in the RP (not massively important) but other than that, there was no combat and we were simply having a talk. At this point "Zodiac" from the gang in question drove his car up to the situation and jumped out shouting "hands up or die" (as Daanish said) before around 2 seconds later firing on all of both the rebels and police in the area.

This individual did not take part in any adequate RP and did not communicate any external threat of his gang however regardless of this, the gang in question suddenly began closing in on the area shooting at all police in the area and at this point were marked as being involved with mass RDM due to zero RP.

I assume this clears up the situation.

I was around the athira head quaters were some cops were messing around having fun and i heard a cop say ok guys lets go back up these guys at the airfield my being curious i went ahead over there and i seen that one of my gang mates had been killed. I unmuted my TS to find out it was them at the air garage and they were all dead. So when i was less the a click from the situation when my friend was killed i set up position and waited for the other cops to arrive and when they did i started to take them out. I looked at my footage and it was 2 cops and at no point did a bullet go anywhere near a civilian. Then of course when i drive away i get banned because as far as im aware is a mistake. At this point i wasn't aware the gang members were breaking rules as stated before i had my team speak on mute.

At risk of getting more involved than I should, "Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality roleplay." Not a mistaken ban whatsoever since that is literally what you did. If you don't even know if any roleplay has taken place then you can't say you were involved enough to consider shooting. If your gang mate lead you on into believing that good quality RP was given, when it was not, I can only apologise. However, you made the choice to take the shot without roleplaying yourself and relying on your gang without all of the information so it couldn't be called a mistaken ban in this case.

Given the circumstances however, I wouldn't necessarily call you entirely at fault.

@Daanish I rest my case before I tread on any toes ;)

I understand where you are coming from and i totally agree with it, i should have thought about it before i took the shot because at the end of the day its called Roleplay.co.uk and thats what i want to do on this server but sometimes i think i just get a bit trigger happy and I can assure you i will only shoot when necessary if given another chance!

 
What would you do differently if there was a gunfight going on, and you were unsure whether or not it had ended etc.?

I would put my gun in my car and drive up to cops and speak to them and ask a few questions is the area clear, active gun fight etc and from their response i should be able to tell.

Wonderful. Please make sure this doesn't happen again. I strongly suggest you quickly adjust your level of roleplay, if this happens again, the ban will be permanent. 

Unbanned for a FINAL chance. Don't make me regret it. - 10/10/2016.

Welp, he made me regret it...

Player is now community banned. Apparently it's funny to spam the status updates with a member of managements Facebook link...
