In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got banned for ''Combat Logging'' when my game crashed, I wrote on the forum asking for help, I got an anwser that told me to contact the police man that had restrained me but I cudnt remeber who it was exacly. So I went to support and they said the same, contact the police and do your roleplay from there, when I didnt get an awser from the police I didnt know what to do. So I jumped back into the game with my friends and played for about an hour or so, and then I got banned by Drew.

Why should we unban you ?
I got banned for something I would never do and I've waited for 9 months for this and I get banned by the same thing by the same guy. I did nothing wrong, my game crashed, I knew I was gonna get banned if an admin get to know this, So I asked for help and got help but I culdnt find an admin or the police man. Please I can show you my windows logs but I just need help to navigate it. I dont break rules, the reason I got restrain was becuase I was too ''shy'' and didnt shoot the police men. My friends wanted me too shoot but I was too much of a coward I guess, anyway when I got restrained and after 5 minutes or so, prob more, one of my friends started shooting at the police. A guy(not a police) ran up to me have wrote in chat that my friends was breaking the rules and they need too reinitiate before shooting but it was too late. I pressed alt + f10 to save my recordings, I have shadowplay, if there were any problem with my friends and for my own protection. But when I pressed that my game want black, I culdnt do anything, my friends could hear me in ts and I them but my screen was black. I tried to get it working but it was just black, so I restarted my computer manully by pressing a button on the pc. When I got in on my pc I went straight too the forums and asked for help. Now you know what happend. I just got ubanned after 9 months and I would never do the same mistake twice, like this one. This was a big misunderstanding from both sides and if you still dont belive me you can look through my pc with skype or wathever.

I won't be dealing with this appeal however it will be taken into consideration that you came to the forums for advice, the reason a ban was issued as I didn't see any attempt to talk to the officer involved or come back. However you came onto the forums to see how to go about it so the staff reviewing this will take this into account.

The reason I didnt come back to server one was becuase it was full of players. 130/130 and I culdnt connect. I msgd a police officer named Daniel Snow I belive and asked for advice, He was one of the officers in the situation. When he didnt reply I joined server 2 hoping that the guy had cjanced server. He didnt so I begin playing hoping this wouldnt be a problem for me. I did everything in my power to get help and I got some but not enough. When I had talked to the support member before I got banned he told me to contact the police man and everything would be fine, when I culdnt reach him I left it behind me hoping that the police man saw my msg. I can give proof of that my arma crashed and I had to restart my pc, but need help to navigate through it. Still kinda pissed I got a banned when the one that banned me knew I was asking for advice and didnt try to help in anyway, from my point of view ofc.

The person who was mostly involved was DSGT Spooner, I was on scene however in a house watching I asked him about 2 hours after it happened did he get any contact in which no one did so i assumed that you didn't try come back or resolve however i see this is not the case.

I was the one that banned you and had no idea you was on the forum asking for advice until i read this appeal otherwise i wouldn't of issued the ban.

I'm willing to give you benefit of the doubt.

Do you fully understand that if a situation happened to occur again how to resolve it?

Yes I truly do. I will know too get in contact with the person asap and not give up untill I reach them, and if I have one little doubt I will go straight to the forums and the ts server for advice. Thank you so much for understanding.
