So what happened was i saw a guy being held up so i decided to jump out my car and pat him down before the other guy could (get some freebies and all that) and then Jhonny says what are you taking dickhead i run to my car to try escape and then he initiates on me whilst i am in my car saying if i drive away i am going to be shot, i then decide to brake and get out my car but before i can do that i get shot within like 3 seconds, i believe this is poor low quality rp and BORDERLINE RDM as i was not given enough time to comply with his demands and you can see in the video i unlocked my car and was about to exit the vehicle before being shot dead.

Right Well to start off with you send me a message https://gyazo.com/83ace81363ebc4d75f28fe7ba2b4b1c7 which i didn't know what you ment bye that. than you don't think it is poor to abuse the fact that you can run up to people and rob them?? it is just anoying and it looked very trollish to us. i than tell you to not get in the car than not to drive away etc etc maybe i should have waited a bit longer but it seemed to me like you were just trolling and trying to get away with it.

BTW this lookt to me like a revenge report cause i reported you a week ago...

Its not a revenge report at all this is a COMPLETELY different scenario just so you know, and just because of what happened last week or what not doesn't excuse you for your actions

I never said it did. If you read the reply i say that it is my fault that i didn't give you enough time but i just asked the people involved and on our screen you kept on driving (probably due to the big amount of dsync that was going on at the time) now again thats not your fault i still didn't give you enough time and i am willing to take a punishment for it. But you also have to agree on the fact that it isn't the best rp to just interfear with a roberi like that you just run up take stuff and try to drive away with out saying anything.

 
First off all @TCK Reiss Could you provide a longer video of 3-5 minutes with everything leading up to the situation. That would be very helpful to continue the report.

Oke after reviewing all of the evidence I have come to the following conclusion.
Both of you had poor RP in the video Jhonny for killing Reiss and giving little to no time to comply.
And for Reiss when the man got robbed you just rolled up without saying a word took the stuff and ran without any interaction.
Reiss  less than 7 days ago you were given a warning by Gregory and I don't think you have taken this serious enough as I can see from this video.
As for you Jhonny this will be your last and only Warning you will be given. The RP you provided was very poor and very inconsiderate of you to action it in the way you did.

So I will Deny the report on Jhonny as he will be on his last and only warning and I will action on Reiss as stated above you have been warned previously.
