In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because of me and a friend initiated on several people with insufficient roleplay and proceeded to kill them.

Why should we unban you ?

I Feel like I should be unbanned because all of my time here in the community I have always brought high quality roleplay to everyone and never had any issues with anyone and since I have been banned I have tried playing on other communities and they are nothing compared to here. If unbanned this will never happen again and I will make sure to have sufficient roleplay at all times and will always make sure my roleplay is at the highest standard possible. For my entire time I have been here I have never broken rules I just slip up the odd time which I can change if given another chance because I have learnt to be more careful because it just gets me into stupid situations like this and if I am given another chance I will be more careful at all times and prove to you that I can keep roleplay to a high standard at all times. Ill put my hand up and say that what I done was totally unnecessary and from my experience here I know what I done is not accepted here whatsoever and I do hope I can be given another chance here after all it's the only community that is actually good and going in the right direction at this moment in time. I have several friends here who I have known for a long time who I would also like to play with as this is the only place I can and i'm just hoping that I can be another  chance after what I have done which was totally out of order. I fully regret what I have done and have learnt that what I did to receive this ban is totally unacceptable and if given another chance I assure you that this will never happen again.

I Unbanned you less than three months ago, under the terms "Final Chance"



You also agreed to the terms - "That being said I am willing to give you another chance, any more slip ups or anymore bans you will have to wait six months to appeal, do you understand? "

We trusted you to keep your nose clean. How I portray this situation is that you became lazy, careless and gave lack of respect to the player base around you.

That being said I have only read the notes, @Stuart Can you please provide your input on the situation?

I have a breif look over the ban and I remember fully the reason to why I banned Silker @JohnJoeegan.

Whilst on Admin duty I believe @TikTak was watching Silker & Sanders along with a third person goto Stadium fuel to rob it however it was possible they may have been baiting, we did have a few reports in game that they were so TikTak and myself decided to watch all three. One was kicked off the server to change his username and come back in. At this point TikTak and Myself were watching over both to make sure they wasn't breaking server rules.

Silker & Sanders proceeded to goto the Copper mine. Once there the initiation was very poor before killing people there, after they killed the people at copper mine without hardly any roleplay we noticed one of the trucks left the area. Silker & Sanders did lose sight of this truck for a little bit of time. 

They both then proceeded to go past Iron/Copper trader and spot a truck that 'looked the same' as the one that was at copper mine. Bearing in mind the initiation there was poor at best. TikTak and Myself then whitnessed both Silker and Sanders get out of the car ahead of the truck and started shooting without saying anything, this leading to the RDM part of the ban.

In regards to the ban notes, Both players have a youtube video from Tiktak as a normal note on both regarding this situation. Let me know if you need anything else JJE.

@JohnJoeegan I would just like to say at this time I was very careless and became lazy and for some reason didn't care about what I was doing which ruined other players experiences which I fully regret and I'm just hoping for a final chance and if given I will assure you this will never happen again.

I would like to start off by saying this - Silker I respect and appreciate you for owning up to your mistakes. The outcome for this appeal has been considered by many of the staff team, we came to this conclusion. I still stand by this statement

That being said, I have had players and staff team members vouch for you. In your time hear you have never really came across my radar until the invictia / Pav blanket ban. I was the staff team member that dealt with your last appeal. And i quote "That being said I am willing to give you another chance, any more slip ups or anymore bans you will have to wait six months to appeal, do you understand? " 

At the time I wrote that the matter was very delicate, we had to take extreme precautions to whom we let back into our community. You are a not only a player within this community you are also a dedicated member. That being said we always try our hardest to treat everyone fairly. I am still uncertain to this very day if you were a main contributor to the whole shit storm that lead to the blanket ban. However I am going to go with my gut instinct and say you were not. 

You will be accepted back into our community under some very strict rules and guidelines

I Spoke to the CSI's of the RPUK Police force and they agreed to let me place you in there faction with the following conditions 

1) You must actively play as a police officer for a minimum of three months - After three months it down to if you stay or go back to the rebel life (Hopefully you will enjoy it and will stay)

2) No Police Holiday / No rebel play within these three months - This will be heavily monitored 

3) No joining any combat orientated subdivisions within the police within the three months & No dedicated patrols with these factions - (AR / NCA / MT - MPO) You're however aloud to join NPAS if you wish.

4) You will join at CSO and can progress through the ranks just like any normal police officer.

5) Any "FuckUps"  / if you get removed from the faction by their command within the first three months your ban will be re added to your account.

If you break any of the agreement we have you will be banned, and you will have to wait a minimum of 6 Months to appeal.

So @Silker We as a staff team have stuck our necks on the line hoping we can assist with keeping you within our community and hopefully guide you back on to the right path.
