In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Broke the new life rule. Was new just bought the game , joined this server randomly, didn't really care to read the rules since I thought most of it was common sense anyways, I was wrong.
I do want to add why the officer who reported me "wasn't" recording audio. When I went back to the scene and tried to explain that two guys just killed me without saying anything only hands up then shot me, he didn't care , the civilians with him told me to run , i ran since it was so weird that police was in team with them (didn't understood at that moment i had just broken nlr), I tried to hide in a house, but the civilians found me shot me and yelled very demeaning names then executed me, all while the same guy who reported me was watching and laughing very loud. I know I broke the rules but it doesn't give others especially police to brake the rules. Even IRL police dont execute for ex. murders on scene. That is why it was very convenient for the guy who reported me to upload video with no audio. Dirty pigs are everywhere just like IRL.

Why should we unban you ?
Ive read the rules and will abide by them. I think its a nice server, and most of the community seems nice except for that nlr incident. My last attempt was denied, I suggest you guys improve your rules and guides, I didnt know I had to write essays. This is my second and last attempt making unappeal. If Samat thinks this is not enough effort then so be it. There are plenty of other server available, and im already on one. I broke a very simple rule that im sure most of the newcomers have broken, this all could be avoid with simple one time popup when you join the server. Its not like I went around Kavala calling people the N word. Im human just like you guys.

A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories. It still is the character you play, example: You are still apart of the rebels or cops and you still knows all your friends. Your character forgets the events and information leading up to their death. The only exception to this is your wanted level. I have to stay 1km away from where I died for 15 minutes to not disturb the RP. 

Like I said I thought most of the rules were common sense so I didn't take any effort to go through them actually. I was foolish to do so, I know better now. Im still new to RP but I have read the rules now couple times to make sure I wont be any trouble in the future if you guys decide to let me play with you again.

Wanted/Bounty prices are persistent over deaths to enable long winded police chases and bounty hunter chases and without this we wouldn’t have police and bounty hunters tracking down the person with them being on the run for weeks/days. Example: Matt, John and Ben are rebels who try to rob the bank.

During the shootout with the cops, Matt and Ben die, John get's arrested and spends some time in jail. When they all meet again, they all would roleplay the situation in a way that they all tried to get away, because they realized that they couldn't handle the situation. Matt and Ben got away, though John got caught. If the players want to have the deaths involved, they might tell stories of other rebels that died there, who were with them initially.

(5.1) A new life starts, when:

Your character has been killed by a cop.

Your character has died in a RP situation.

Your character has been involved in an accident.

(5.2) A new life does not start when:

Your character has been the victim of a clearcut case of VDM

Your character has been the victim of a clearcut case of RDM

You are downed

You disconnect (end of session)

(5.3) When you respawn:

Your character does not remember any previous roleplay situations.

Your character does not remember where any of its vehicles outside the garage are

Your character does not remember any previous enemies (your killer/robber etc)

Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired.

Your character does remember their friends & gang members.

(5.4) When you are revived/downed:

You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 15 minutes.

Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed.

While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. The exception to this is information spoken in direct chat in game. Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly.
