I have actually no knowledge of to why the ban was put into effect.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel that I did nothing wrong. I cannot recall any situations to where I broke any of the listed server rules, nor did I RDM or "fail rp."

Since you are unaware of why you were banned, let me shed some light.

The situation in question was at the weed processor. A Quillan approached with 3 unarmed civilians. 2 of them exited the vehicle and attempted to RP with you. One of the players entered the spirit of RP asking you how much you would sell a few grammes of weed for since your opening line was "Welcome to Steve's weed *inaudible* come on in". At this point, you pointed your pistol and shouted 'Alright, everybody hands on your head or I start shooting'. A few seconds later, you unloaded a clip into one of the unarmed civilians who had no time to react to your demands.  Taking into consideration the civilians were unarmed and attempting to RP with you posing no threat, you had a perfect opportunity to RP without bloodshed.  Later when asked in RP why you'd just killed the civilian, your reply was 'if you keep asking that question you'll be shot'. 

2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

You had only recently been banned for a similar incident - Performed a countdown kill and then executed a guy without RP

Hi, I appreciate you shedding some light. I'd like to give my view of perspective here.

Once the Quillan pulled up, I attempted to role play with them. I've had similar run in's with the gentlemen, and they weren't friendly on my previous encounter. I decided to hold them up to prevent myself from getting robbed. When I told one man to get out and put his hands up, he proceeded to say "Fuck you, no." I shot him and executed him due to that. I never counted down in that whole role play. I shot another civilian because he proceeded to drop his hands and attempt to run behind the processor to call the police. One of them survived due to complying with my reasonable demands.

I appreciate your reply and showing the ban reason and for the quick response.

Steve, this simply isn't the case. The players you encountered were myself (Dick Long), CSI Hugo (Mike), and a new player to the server (Jelly). Hugo & I  logged on with brand new names with the sole intention of RP. You had no previous encounters with us, we ran into you approximately 40 mins after we logged in.

I heard no such thing, but there was team speak chatter going on (with me) so after you telling me in RP he refused to put his hands up, I watched back my recording of the incident to confirm he said nothing. I also asked CSI Hugo and he confirms he said nothing at all. Jelly also backs this up. If you have a recording of that, post it here so the staff member who does deal with this has your perspective of events. 

The 2nd killing that took place, I have no issues with.

That's strange. I've sworn I've had previous encounters with those names. It might have been other players with similar names then. My apologies. It seems like he said it as he hopped out of the car.

So for someone who has had 2 bans for low RP/RDM within 8 days of eachother, I'm struggling to fathom why you should be unbanned, hell you were unbanned 3 days before this occurred. Please provide evidence from your perspective pertaining to the phantom "Fuck you, no" as at this stage that may be your only lifeline.
