I think I was banned for killing this TCK member.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned as the evidence is clearly edited, from 0.17 to 0.25 if you slow down the video you can clearly see where it freezes. I would understand that if he had a bad PC but he clearly doesn't. The game is running very well which means a good pc. If you look at my Orca whilst the footage is slowed you see how my heli is undamaged then after the freeze ends its all of a sudden broken/dirty which would only happen if it takes damage. Me and my friend also went to a admin who said it wasn't long enough.

I think I was banned due to the fact that no one noticed the small thing in this video of were I am accused of RDM.

Whilst I was looking over the footage I noticed that my heli got dirty/damaged as he flew over it. My friend that was in the heli said he took damage to which made me think that John had lowered the heli trying to brake my blades. So I did what I had to do to protect my friend. Plus I really enjoy playing this server all my friends play it and I wish to continue playing until I get board.

well seems that you actually don't care what happens, 
so i am pretty sure, you will also don't care about our rules. 
You think you can get unbanned without any effort then you are wrong. 
Also don't appeal in the next 2 month, Maybe then you will be able to putt effort into it.
