In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think i was banned because i shot a guy at the copper mine without talking to him. I thought he was a robber because i was killed there before by someone. And i think i was banned because i broke RP at Kavala Safe zone when i was talking to alot of guys who were cursing at me.

Why should we unban you ?
I know the rules, and i know that they are super important. It is ofcourse very wrong what i have done. I hope i can be forgiven and unbanned because the day i was banned i had a very bad time in real life. for instance, i have been kicked out of my student apartment and i am struggeling with money. these things that happend at the same time, have put alot of stress on me. This is why this happend on the server, and i apologize from the bottom of my heart. I hope that i can be forgiven and be unbanned, because i have putten many hours in the server and i really like it for my escape from the real world.

The moment when that got banned, no one told me about it. there was no admin that told me why i was getting banned. but i think that i was banned for the following reasons:

Here i will place the rules that i have broken and the explanation in my own words of why this happend:

(Breaking RP , RDM)

"(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban."

" (3.1) You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character. Roleplay everything. "

 "(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban). "

In my own words:

The day that i got banned, alot of stuff happend in my personal life. For instance, i got kicked out of my student room and i was stressing over where i should go. Also i got a message from the bank that i was in alot of debt. This was placing alot of axniety and stress on me personally. I wanted to escape those situations by playing on the server. This however backfired on me because the stress in my mind was taking over the roleplay. When someone said something to me in the server that i didn't like. I got mad and sweared. also i killed someone whom i thought was gonna rob me because i was getting robbed alot of times that day. i recognized the car and i shot. 

I sincerely apologize and i ask for forgiveness. This will never happen again, because now i see how important this all is.

Can you explain me the stuation that happend with officers that was attending a bank robbery?

The precise moment i was banned, i was in a conversation with an police officer.

I will explain that situatin in the following text: After my last respawn i went to Athira. when i was walking towards the Garage i heard the Robbery Alarm and checked my map. I saw that it was the Bank in Athira. As soon as i could i went close to the building and was occupied in the building right in front of the bank. i tried to talk to the but i only heard the hostages scream. i fired a warning shot. At the exact same moment the police arrived and thought i was shooting at them. they went to search the buildings and before i could realise that they were there i got shot by an officer. I tried to explain the situation to the officer and it sounded like he understood and was asking for a medic. but at that moment i got banned.

This is the story from my perspective.

I thought that with firing the shot, i would scare the robbers and they would leave. but that was wrong of me. i understand now that i made a mistake and i apologize for that. I think that i have learned my lesson and this will not happen again.

Next time that i will encounter a situation like this i will let the police handle it and not get involved. It is not my job to engage in such matters.

Alright, Since you thought you could lie your way out of this. 
i can tell you no, you can not. it was better if you came honest with us. 
we have a video, were we clearly can see YOU plan the bank with your friend Skylar. 
Then i hear you atleast 2 time break rp. one time you say i got kicked by the admin. 
And time when the cop kill you, You say "You killed me without roleplay.". 
i gave you a chance to be honest with us. What did you think he did not banned me. 
i can lie to him. well you are wrong. i would say appeal in 5 days. 
And this time be honest about what happend. keep in mind, We have a video of the situation.
