I was banned because I had low quality initiation, I combatlogged and did not stop with the rape topic when requested.
Why should we unban you ?
I completely agree that my initiation was low quality but to make up for that, we had been roleplaying prior to initiating for already a few minutes and all together to me everything combined seemed absolutely alright. Wasn't the best situation I've been in, neither was it the worst one. It was decent taking from both sides. Now, why was it decent? Why not GREAT? From my perspective this can be explained really easily.
Taking Lt. Keith's video we can see at the VERY start he already messaged an admin involving Snapchat and Instagram. Like seriously, even if it was breaking roleplay how the hell does that hurt you? I completely understand raping and asking "how do I put my hands up?" or "You fucking RDM'd me idiot I'm going to report you". In my opinion this is clearly a sign of trying to avoid a roleplay situation. Later on Lt. Keith over and over tells us to leave which again is avoiding because If he had already a situation with his friends or had something important to do I'd understand but he was just wandering around in the Kavala greenzone.
Later on when we get to robbing him there was the roleplaying of rape. He went completely through with it. He was asked to bend over and immediately acted accordingly. Now I can in NO way see that as a sign of "please stop". The first rape situation is over and then tells us to stop which we did. There was nothing related to rape after that. Taking someone's virginity is NOT rape.
Again, I agree my roleplay was bad quality and I have improved it ever since. English is not my first language and initiating can be a little rusty when I haven't done it in a long time. I had a bad roleplay situation after that too and was able to talk to an admin (xkan) and asked a lot of questions about how to do everything properly. After getting the tips from him I've had no problems while having A TON of situations including taking hostages, robbing over 30 rebels & civilians, robbing the police, robbing a gas station, robbing trucks, robbing cars and other rather rare situations.
Finally we get to the third reason I got banned. Combatlogging. When Lt. Keith's first video ended we went on for another few minutes just running around and trying to wrap this thing up. We see a rebel running around a little further away but clearly checking out what we were on to. At first me and Urma wanted to deal with the rebel but second thoughts were "It's already really late" "I'm tired" "Our friends have already logged off" "I have a fucking driving exam tomorrow and I do not under any circumstance want to be tired during it". So we decided to log off. I get behind this small house to end my adventures for the day and log off. Urma logged off a few seconds before me and I had about 4-5 seconds left on the abort button when the rebel came to me and poorly initiated on me. I even told Urma: "Oh my god this guy came and initiated on me but I really need to go so I'm going to log off." If I hadn't logged off god knows how long the situation could have lasted for. All the examples given in rule 2.5 do not go under why I logged off. You could argue because of my gear, but really, I had a god damn protector that I didn't even buy. It was stolen. 4 mags. Couldn't care less for it. I could even understand if I hadn't opened the menu and they initiated but it is very clear from the second video that I logged off in a few seconds after initiation not 10 or 15.
I adore this server a lot and really, really enjoy it. I have tried other servers and they are nowhere near quality of roleplay.co.uk. Breaking rules by accident is something that just happens every now and then. I hope you understand where I'm coming from in this situation especially the combatlogging part. I honestly believe my breaking of rules was not as severe as the admins think.
