I initiated on a rebel at uranium buyer, he was clearly told not to jump in the chopper or he'd be shot. He decided to jump in the chopper so i shot him. And then an admin deemed this as unacceptable.
Why should we unban you ?
In the report, james stated in his response;
'If someone is attempting to flee in a heli, you could have easily shot the rotors out without shooting the player'
Yeah, this is true, however if the video was watched it was clear the guy was in a huron, a huron has 2 rotors, both are incredible hard to take down, around 4 mk1 mags each.
'or give warning shots as the heli was flying off grounding them'
Warning shots are thing to tell choppers to piss off, if someone's got a full huron of uranium (2.2mil) and the huron itself being 15mil, they're gonna do what warning shots are intended for, and cause the chopper to leave faster.
'Since you gave next to no time to comply'
I did, there was a bracket between me telling him to not jump in the chopper, and him jumping in and attempting to fly away. If he didn't jump in, he wouldn't have died, his clear disregard to my demands got him killed. This window would've been larger, if he complied, the reason the window was short wasn't due to me, it was due to his lack of compliance and intent to RP.
Then in TCK Matts post about initiation it says;
‘ask him what he’s up to, make a comment about this truck or his lovely pair of sunglasses.’
Even if i did any of this, the second the guy saw someone pull up, be it a hobo or a rebel, he would've done the exact same thing and dove in the chopper to fly away, simply because the stakes were too high (his friend began to fly away at the sound of our ifrit hitting the bunker, he didn't even need to see people to run). The whole point of the situation was for profit, of course roleplay is a key thing, but a robbery is a robbery, and that is the rp in the moment. If i was a bankrobber i wouldn't walk up the employee, compliment him on his tie and blow his brains out.
These are things i feel have been misjudged completely, especially about the warning shots as thats just completely backwards.
- I feel as if i should be unbanned, as i give out a high quality of RP, when an RP session is taking place. A high stakes robbery is clearly for profit, the initiation was clear and well heard, and in my opinion nothing is wrong with what i said. I stick to my opinion that he was rightfully killed, as a Huron couldn't be disabled in the given situation, as he was sat in co-pilot to keep the engine on (In my opinion should not be allowed, as it completely excludes any potential role play, and going off the reason i was banned, makes in impossible to have a long enough initiation to fairly kill people who have choppers already spooled even if they're fairly initiated on).
- So yeah, this was a robbery, not a social club, i spend a lot of time in kavala role playing around with police and hobos, and it's very fun and enjoyable. However, money is hard to make and is obviously an important thing.
- Me and Barry Allen run around with nothing but hobo clothes and rooks, to try and make people laugh, as it gives us laughs as well. It's incredibly fun and causing other people to enjoy the server seems profitable. Another reason i feel i'm not a detriment to the server.

Jus wanna add, the two guys who got me banned just seemed to find it funny im gone, almost asif they're proud of themselves. Seeming to do it on all guys they get banned.
