Throttle mapping on joystick

Anyone flying with joystick here, and got problem with mapping the throttle? As per now i only have 50% range of the throttle, so it makes descending much harder. When i use shift and z on the keyboard, im able to descend alot faster. Do anyone know a fix for this?
