In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I tried to stick up for myself, i expressed what happened and got shut down.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Nothing really working, i couldreply to last to appeal as i was away working.

Why do you want to return ?

I ran into admin mat, and during this i was in a liasion with a officer about something, my game didnt respond as you can see on the video off matt if he would like like to upload. My game canceled soi thought sack it i will spawn airport get a chopper out and fly to kava pd to speak to the officers. As soon as i spawned in matt and relentless banned me, also including relentless taunting me stating i was gonna get banned, I apologized to matt but he wasn't having it and banned me on the spot.

Why should we unban you ?

I was in a roleplay situation my game crashed and i spawned back to airport and was banned, I like this community i have made alot of friends here, I just want another chance as this is my first serious ban.

I generally crashed my game and tried to get a heli out to get resolve situation but was dragged and banned.

Is anything you've said in any of your appeals the truth @Gunny? 

Your game did not crash gunny, you abort to the lobby and choose to spawn at the airport. If your game had crashed you would have had to close the client, you'd have disconnected from the server and then reconnected. 

I really don't want to have to send you packing for 6 months gunny, you're a long term member of this community but from my perspective you've come onto the server drunk or under the influence and you've caused an utter shit storm and got yourself banned from every portal to this community and this isn't the first time we've had to remove your because of your drinking habits. You've then put pen to paper and have drawn up un-ban appeals that all say different things, attack myself personally with childish and snide remarks.

Honestly, i did have a few drinks. You spawned me with relentless and i explained about whole situation with the cops my steam did crash. I don't see yourself as a bad guy and i would like to apologise on that part. I thought at the time yourself and relentless were taking the piss out of me. 

But anyway if a removablefrom the community needs to be done on your end thats fair enough, I Just really didnt apprreciate relentless remarks during your teleport. I like this community and there probally isn't another one like it. I just thought at the time i was being taken advantage off.

End comment from me im sorry matt, I didn't realize that you werent trying to attack me personally but still the remarks from ruthless were pretty out of order for an admin.

I would also like to add the steam client failed didn't it? thats what i was told.

EDIT : Can you upload the footage of the steam authentication failing while speaking to mystix.

Also i would like to add matt was a general decetn admin but the other admin was just rude and arrogant.

I will apologise now for teleporting, i thought i was in kavala pd with mystix and then my steam crashed. ''restrained lol'' and ''stop  lieing'' and   ''this is a god damn admin'' multipe other comments from ruthless. But all that aside im sorry and thats all i can say.

Any chance i could get the screenshot of my authentication failed on a screenshot to proof my innocence as that did happen.

Ruthless : Ive never met you before, i dunno how admin rules are here.  But your attiude during the confrontation was so bad, you need to work on your people skills as you jusst make people more angry. Mat was calm and collective but every time you spoke it was little nippy remarks, im not threatening you but seriously you need to realize that your speaking to human beings.

There's half an hour between you joining the server after the 12pm restart and you getting banned, you would have left the server if your game had crashed or your authentication had failed due to a steam or game issue. You were north of the iron mine, you certainly didn't get there by a bug or by random because I think we both know that's not possible. What we do know is that you aborted to the lobby, that's not something that can happen accidentally or if your game has crashed so please stop making that excuse. 
I'm of the opinion that you were so drunk you can't even remember what actually happened and have convinced yourself of the lies you made up at the time. I honestly don't know which bits of your claims are lies or the truth, I've provided consistent evidence (which I'm not even required to do) proving you broke rules and you continue to make claims that contravene this evidence.
 
The teleporting isn't really the issue anymore, it's your conduct. How are you going to fix that?

I do not- normally do it that is so hypocritical of me, but sometimes when i have a few i think its fun to go into kavala and roleplay with the hobos. Then one second lead to the next and i didn't realize i teleported during all the fun which i was having.

I don't really play that much anymore in all honestly games in general i have a job and a girlfriend so they kinda take up my time.

I was just  hoping for a peaceful resolution If i started playing again, since beating around the bush about the teleportation obviously isn't getting me anywhere. 

Conduct ; Normally intoxicated im a nice dude i give hobos money etc and just have a laugh, the teleportation was sheer amount of alcohol and my brain not even remaindering me doing it, All i remember was in kavala police station and went blank after that.

Only problem is if i state im not drunk to people they just say i am, so i don't understand how i could possible convince the community or admins that im not; Specially as i have been accused  before and it was just my irate voice.

I understand that being accused of being drunk when you are not can be frustrating. We have established that in this case however you were. 

The thing is, Gunny, if you would have just admitted you were drunk and acted a little silly because of it, it would have easily been resolved. So what made you not want to do it? Also what would you do in the future to prevent this?

Well first of i wouldn't teleport because this is the first time its ever happened, secondly i will just have to insure i behave correctly; as i am only responsible for my own actions, i think a few beers is okay but if i am starting the shots and that its time to log off didn't wanna put that so abruptly.

No offence Gunny but you caused a shit storm on the forums while you were drunk using up several staff members time dealing with it because you thought you were wronged. Even reading your initial appeal here you are still not taking the responsibility for your actions saying that Info was being rude to you. That was simply your perspective because you were drunk. You even demanded that staff should record at all times because of this particular situation. 

I have already passed on that you need a time off for your actions as there is no remorse here. Only deflection. I’ll let the member of the team who decides make that call though.

Staff leads and management have consulted and decided you need some time away for your actions.

I don't know whether your'e finding it hard to manage your alcohol intake or not, I'm not your mother, but it seems it has negatively impacted on yourself and caused you to do some pretty stupid things. We don't want the risk of you repeating this any time soon and feel a 6 month break is for the best.

The lies, the attacks towards staff and the way you have handled such a small rule break is really a shame and could have been very different.
