In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for a valid reason. I believe over 6 months ago I was playing on another server with other people during this time, I was also playing over here. Whilst playing in-game another gang member who I didn't really know well; had a picture of Wilco on the side of his helicopter. Which is inappropriate, I recorded someones reaction to it when they saw it. I then further went ahead to post it on the Reborn forums. At the time not thinking anything of it, at the time I didn't see anything of it. I didn't do it to personally attack Wilco or anyone else.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Once I was banned; i sold my PC and stayed away from gaming for a while. I focused on my last year of college, and got a new job in that time working part time at Tesco. I'm now moving onto going to University next year to study accounts and economics. However I have some free time, so i decided to purchase a PC again and thought about continuing to play again. So i decided to try and play here and that's why I'm writing this. A long with deciding to play some more games in free time, I plan to go on a few holidays before going to University next year.

Why do you want to return ?

I'd like to return here as when I first moved to PC gaming this was the first place I came to & its always been a server where you enjoy your experience. A long with this, after my ban I understand the reason why I was banned. I'd like to return so I can play here and continue speaking to some friends who I have known here since the day I started the server. I know what I did is breaking someones privacy and that people do not want their personal life in a game where there are a lot of toxic people.

Why should we unban you ?

I should be unbanned because I feel I've matured more and think about my actions before I do things. I was in the community for around 3 years and over the 3 years, I didn't ever cause trouble, and rarely involved with issues that happened. I'd like to come back because this community also has potential and is always looking to improve, and the people here that I have known for a very long time. I know that what I did was wrong, I feel it was because of the people that I got mixed with during my time on another server. Since having more responsibilities given to me, such as driving, paying insurance and moving forward in life, and just seeing more about the adult life. I've matured and think I can stay away from the toxic behaviour that occurs and stay away from this sort of behaviour. I can see how this toxic behaviour effects people and I understand people don't need it.

@Dark_UNBAN The picture issue is pathetic, I know it wasn't you who created the group I know you were only giggling with your little girlfriends over it trying to get some more giggles from others by posting it on a forum, It didn't offend but its worthy of a ban and to have kept you away from our members.

The issue I have with this appeal is this:

If this was true then you would have awaited the outcome of this appeal and not go joining up with 1.6 members on the very place you shared your video, You haven't decided to play here, you've now decided to go hang with people who would never see a chance here again.

I don't think I want that indirect connection as seen before you are swayed and also do stuff to raise some kudos from someone who is just as pathetic and childish as you.

Not sure its worth wasting time to unban you.

I decided to play there as I said, I needed to do something in my spare time, I want to play here however was banned for a valid reason. So i decided to play over there whilst waiting for the appeal to be dealt with. I know that I shouldn't of shared the video on the forums, however the video wasn't for reputation nor did I achieve anything beside being banned. Was simply just immature and no thought was put into it during the time.
However I feel unbanning me wouldn't be a waste of your time as I feel I've learnt to my lesson from this; I know that my actions was a good reason for me to be banned.

Not convinced, Your failure was not waiting for an outcome

If that's the type of company you're going to keep then I don't think you've moved on very far from how you were before and no doubt things will get worse.
