In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

First Ban Reason: FailRP and RDM. Myself and my friend went around together and wanted to cause havoc on the server and rob everything we seen.. We noticed a couple trucks doing copper in which we decided to initiate and rob them, they didn't comply for around 20 seconds and we openned fire. Around 1 and a half minute later during the firefight a truck left the mine heading north bound. We followed him for a minute and then openned fire on the survivor. Keeping constant eyes on the player.

Second Ban Reason 1.6: I got banned after a situation involving a masterform code, I messaged Masis an ex-admin asking for a masterform code as a joke as at the time we were joking around about ex-members of the academy (A constabulary myself and Masis were apart of). He copied and pasted a message which said "yo give me joes code" to a channel which was taken out of context by Fluqi, in which i was 1.6'd.

Accusations recently: I have found that I have been accused of leaking emails from a PNC, I completely deny any of this and if the accusations are by RPUK Staff or is just rumours, then I hope you can trust my word. I didn't have access to any PNC on my time here.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

I personally have not been doing much, I've bopped around different games like Siege, PUBG, Fortnite and practised on my game skill. I have watched around 10 series' on netflix and another 6 on Amazon Prime. I have joined Police Scotland's Young Volunteer program in which I've spent most of my time working with and alongside to help my community.

Why do you want to return ?

I want to get back into RPUK and just try and chill out along with the other games I play, I have bought a new PC which is a complete beast and putting Arma 3 to the test in playing on the RPUK Servers. I am not a person to break rules and I enjoyed playing here on my time. I dont' know how active I will be but it would be good to get back into the community. It would be a good return to the game.

Why should we unban you ?

I have never broken any rules other than these two bans which have lead to my Community Ban and at the end of the day I am not a toxic person who gets involved with this kind of shit. I agree that I have been around with a few toxic crowds but not to do with RPUK. I want to get back involved with the Police If I am allowed to do so. I have quite a few friends who play here and can vouch that I'm not a malicious rule breaker and I am here for the good quality Rp that can be provided.

Per your last unban appeal: 

I was not involved with the masterform situation, I only heard of it when you messaged me regarding it. If I did know who got me banned by putting the entry in then I would inform a Staff Member but unfortunately I do not.

In addition to this, having re-informed myself as to the original RDM ban, is:

Now this was all blurted out over a 5 second period, do you consider that to be quality roleplay?

As for your 20 seconds to comply, your mates were firing before you'd even finished your blurted statement, so care to revise that while you're at it?

I know about the masterform situation after I got banned for it and it being fully explain to me by Masis. I then realised fully on why i am banned.

The RDM Situation we gave enough time to comply which they ran to their truck and drove away (well tried too). I agree that the rp was horrific and I do apologise for it and if unbanned i assure you that it wont happen again, this is the only issue ive been in here.

I was speaking to someone about appealing and they asked, "I'm sure your banned for leaking someones email from a main PNC or something with Kral" along them lines, however this isn't true. I haven't at all been involved with leaking anyones email from a PNC, I've never actually had access to the Police Main PNC.

 
Are you not staff team elsewhere? Just wondering how serious this appeal is.

I am yes, mainly to help out my friends with their community. This appeal is quite serious as RPUK is my first Arma community and I'd like to reconnect with the players here aswell.

 
So you're a staff team member on a place that in the past as played copycat and you're active on another place that does something very similar... why would you want to be active on a third community?

If you are staff there then, unfortunately, we will not consider this appeal any further, It wouldn't be in your interest also especially when there has been an accusation of leaking peoples personal details.

I only play one community, I don't get involved with any development of back-end work.

I will not be stepping down from that communities Staff as I have made a lot of friends in the process and I enjoy working with the players there. If you feel that it's necessary to deny the appeal because of that then sure, and I do thank you for taking consideration this far in.

 
Yes, I will be denying this appeal on that basis, We have had nearly 5 years of experiencing when other staff members come here, it's not in our interest or yours.
