In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i had forgotten why i was banned,untill i read what i had typed. well the thing is the video he posted, was rigged, he posted only 50% of what happend that favourited his gang, i was a new player had played 30 min on the server and when a salty kid gets killed he goes ham on the bann apeal and gets a new fresh player banned. only because he had no skills ingame and even took it so far that he got me banned

Why should we unban you ?
its 3 years ago, i played on the server for 30 min. i had just joined with 2 freinds and i killed the guy who got me banned after he attacked us. so he posted a video clip witch favuritted his side. and the video ended before he broke some rules witch is " 2.8 " braking the Rp of voice chat. i remember he said in voice after i killed him " i'm going to get you banned for this " . wich is sad to say to a new player who just joined with his friends ....... i have played a lot of Altis life so i know the rules by now so. it would be cool if you guys unbann me. and you would not be surprised if i would donate to the server if its any good

this whole text already tells me you are not ready to get unbanned. it may be 3 years ago, but you still did not learned from it. 
And you being a new player does not mean you are standing above the rules. 

 

and you would not be surprised if i would donate to the server if its any good

just to make things clear, You donating or be a possible donator is not gonna help you in the unban appeal at all. 
so i would say, Change your attitute and learn from the mistakes you made. 
Now this appeal will be denied, But you are welcome to make a new one. Keep in mind the attitude you showed so far, is very poor. 
so time to change that.
