In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was with the water kidnapping someone, and then suddenly there came police. The police started shooting at me and some other guys, and then i shot back and then i got teleported up on an mountain with and admin. He said i rdmed and then just banned me before i could say anything, because i wanted to explain the situation.

Why should we unban you ?
I am very sorry that i didnt initiate that time when i was in the shooting scene with the police, but i shot because they shot first. And i have played other roleplay servers, and now i have learned rp properly, and know all the rules.

I kidnapped someone, and then we had them ziptied at the docks, then suddnly police showed up out of no were, and started shooting, and i shot back, and then i got teleported up to the mountains with and admin, and he banned me before i could say anything about what happend

Explain to us why we have such a rule in place.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

I think you guys have this rule so no one can just go around and just kill people left and right. And because it is a roleplay server so you are supposed to roleplay

 
next time if you get in the same situation what will you do different? 
Also can you explain me when you got confronted by a staffmember, Why did you show a ver agressive attitude?

i would initiate on the police if it happends again.

I was a little angry because the police shot me first before i started to shot them, and i thought they had initiated.

 
give me a good roleplay example of how you will "Initiate" on the police

In the first place im banned for no reason, because if u call it good staff by banning me when the police shot me first and i shot back? Thats bad staff in my opinion at least the guy that banned me. i dont know how i am going to write a good roleplay story here. its easier for me in game. You can choose if you want to unban me or not, but i am still pissed about the fact that i got banned for no reason-.-

 
well if you cant even use you imagination to create a good roleplay scenario. 
Then  i am afraid you will not be able to do on the spot ingame when the oportunity is there. 
Now onto the fact, that when i confronted you with the shit rp you gave on the appeal. 
you start getting the attitude of i am right and the other is wrong.  and he is not doing his job... 
i geuss that was the easiest for you to do. instead of giving a good rp example. 

Therefore you will not be unbanned. You can re-appeal when ever you are ready to give high qaulity rp. 
And to admit your mistakes instead of blaming others.
